Following a structured routine when starting a workout plan is key. As trainers, we strive to educate ourselves as much as possible on the best plans for various body types. Guessing at a program and what could be successful is one of the main reasons people give up. We help our clients make the right moves, with the right reps, for the right amount of time to see sustainable results!

We train mostly young individuals and professionals. This means most of our clients are short on time! Between professional obligations, personal life, and even family responsibilities, time is a very precious commodity! We create efficient, effective programs and make the most of every moment!
CONFIDENCE
Anytime a client starts a new program, it can feel intimidating. Stepping foot into a new gym can be scary! We want to create a safe space for fitness education, nutrition understanding, and real lifestyle change. Your program is available through our website on the members area section after you have purchased. Choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and We will start putting together your personalised program!
To cancel your subscription you must email us with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.

Yes! It’s imperative to us that anyone in the world can access this program.
Yes, the reason we have choose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or 3-monthly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from us and our team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym we’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.
